Super game safari travel consultant will prepare a safari package that fits your need and budget and ensure a secured booking when our esteemed customer completes the details below.
- A 20 % deposit of a quoted invoice price
- A full payment of the quoted safari price before the departure date
Any cancellation of a safari should be in a written format directed to the office or travel consultant that handled the booking
The cancelation fees are as follows;
- Until 3 months before departure – 25% Cancellation Fee
- 3-2 months before departure – 50% Cancellation Fee
- 2-1 months before departure – 75% Cancellation Fee
- Less than 1 month before departure – 100% Cancellation Fee
- ACCEPTED PAYMENT CARDS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A 4% bank surcharge will be added on top of the original amount, it’s a bank surcharge for credit card transactions and it doesn’t come from Super Game Safaris.
If a transaction fails we recommend contacting your bank for authorization because oftentimes the banks protect their esteemed customers from fraudulent transactions in foreign countries and when the transaction goes through we recommend sending us a copy of the receipt for your safari approval.
