Kenya Safaris 4 - Day Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli

It is an African Safari offering game drives and scenic views of Mount Kilimanjaro – the highest mountain in Africa, the rolling plains, and Savannah grasslands with dormant volcanic sites of Tsavo. You have a chance to see all the big 5 members, cheetahs, hyenas, and greater and lesser flamingos among much more wild game.

Day 1 Nairobi to Tsavo East National Park – 5hrs

Early morning pick up from your hotel/resort. After briefing by one of our representatives start your journey through Nairobi – Mombasa highway to Tsavo East National Park with stops at Old Tsavo train station and at Old Tsavo Bridge. You arrive at Voi Safari Lodge in time for check followed by lunch. After lunch proceeds for an afternoon game viewing drive. During the construction of the old Kenya – Uganda railway line in 1898, some lions from Tsavo killed and fed on hundreds of construction workers and hence the name The Tsavo Man-Eaters. You will get to see the descendants of the Tsavo Man-Eaters. After the game drive returns to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Tsavo East to Tsavo West National Park – 1hrs

Start your day with an early morning game drive within Tsavo East. After the game drive returns to the lodge for mid-morning breakfast and checks out with departure to Tsavo West. The park is on the rolling plains of the African savannah with a large population of elephants, buffalos, and rhinos, among other animals. Arrive at Ngulia Safari Lodge in time for check-in followed by lunch. After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game viewing drive until the sun drops when you return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 Tsavo West to Amboseli National Park – 3hrs

Start your day with breakfast, thereafter check out. You will proceed with the safari headed for Amboseli Nationen-route with an en route visit to Mzima springs where you will have a nature walk as you marvel at the underground source of fresh water in a semi-arid region. Arrive at Amboseli in good time for check-in and lunch. Amboseli is well known for large herds of elephants and the backdrop view of Mount Kilimanjaro – the highest mountain in Africa. After lunch, you embark on an afternoon game drive till the sun drops when you return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 Amboseli to Nairobi – 4hrs

Start with breakfast and check out. You depart for Nairobi with some stops en route to arrive in the afternoon. Lunch will be on your own before being transferred to the hotel/air check-in for your international flight back home with lots of unforgettable safari memories.
